Department: Content Studio 

The Content Solutions department is a new team within BurdaLuxury, focusing on developing new IPs and content ideas that have commercial potential for our portfolio of regional brands: Prestige, Lifestyle Asia, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia. This role requires strong creativity, analytical, and people skills, serving as the key facilitator between editorial and sales teams to develop and optimise sales of our editorial IPs. Reporting to the content solutions associate director, the account manager will act as a bridge between our clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with sales, editorial, and strategy teams to ensure client needs are met.  

Scope:

• Managing client deliverables, ensuring strong margins, and timely execution 

• Coordinating with graphic designers, sales teams, and editorial teams 

• Coordinating with freelancers and clients 

Brands: Prestige, Lifestyle Asia, Travel + Leisure SEA, HELLO! Thailand, Ongoing Projects – Augment and Personal Branding 

Responsibilities 

• Managing all stages of client campaigns from brief to execution to ensure client deliverables are met, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from editorial, sales, and strategy 

• Providing an exemplary level of client service to ensure increased retention and renewal rates 

• Working collaboratively with sales and advertising teams to identify upselling opportunities that contribute to company revenue 

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of our brands and the luxury industry to advise clients on best practices and ensure high-quality client deliverables and output  

• Working closely with strategy and editorial teams to ensure campaigns are executed well and generate maximum reach and engagement 

• Tracking campaign metrics and developing reports for clients 

• Managing and tracking P&Ls for all projects 

• Source and manage freelancers as needed 

• Participate in new business pitches by sharing insights and creative ideas 

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of marketing or agency experience 

• Experience coordinating with several teams at once 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to see the big picture and strategise the best solutions in terms of work delegation 

• Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal team members 

• Exceptional project management skills 

• Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles and create solutions. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments 

• End-to-end efficiency in project management and timeline management
