WordPress Developer

We're on the lookout for a skilled, enthusiastic and an experienced WordPress Developer to join our vibrant web development team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the design, creation, and upkeep of WordPress websites for our clients. Collaborating closely with other experienced developers and project managers, you'll contribute your innovative ideas to actualize projects and produce top-notch websites that align with client specifications.

This position as an experienced WordPress Developer presents an exceptional chance to elevate your expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce development. You'll tackle a variety of stimulating projects, leveraging the guidance and wisdom of professionals in the industry.

This is a full-time position and available immediately, so the sooner you apply, the sooner you can start! The job is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

• Preferably Thai citizen
• You have minimum 2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer
• You are passionate about WordPress and stay up to date with best practices and new technologies related to it.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with various site builders like Gutenberg, Elementor, Avada etc. 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Effortless writing clean and documented code
• Advanced understanding of MVC Concepts
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• You have a background as a developer and are able to write clean code
• You have some knowledge of implementing/editing WordPress themes and plugins. Authoring Themes and Plugins from scratch is a plus.

Good to have but not a must:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and integration (e.g., WooCommerce and Shopify)
• Experience with Git, Docker, WP Client Tool is a plus. 
• Familiarity with the Bedrock framework is a plus 
• Knowledge of security best practices and techniques
• Ability to work with third-party APIs and integrations
