Responsibilities
Promoting the service provider center as a One-Stop Service to external & internal party. Being responsible for the PO Management: checking, verifying, following-up, tracking, reporting and solving a problem. Handling the PO process as PO confirmation and backorder checking by PO number, model, quality/quantity, and date of delivery support. Supporting daily financial jobs such as requesting credit release (EP), credit limit, credit availability, credit block, due date, and realtime overdue checking. Managing RTF by channel: Salesman and inventory checking. Being responsible for the summary, real-time report on RTF and following up with the revise RTF, and request extra allocation. Monitoring, coordinating and following up the logistics team. Creating a new MCS code, sold to code, ship-to code, event set up, PC event request, EO for repairing products. Supporting other job bases on Sales team request. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Extensive 3 years of related experience in sales support or sales admin with SAP experience. Strongly positive attitude and service-minded. Ability to work multi-function and time management. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Both Excel & PowerPoint). Good command of English language skills. Good communication skills. Hiring Period: 1-year contract.
