Role Overview:

A well-established logistics provider operating across Thailand and the CLMV region is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join its dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core financial processes and contribute to the company's ongoing growth and operational excellence in warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately update freight, warehousing, PL, and logistics invoices in the ERP system.
• Manage monthly circulation of Statements of Accounts (SOAs) to agents and ensure timely confirmations and invoice dispatches to support effective collections.
• Implement and maintain robust internal control practices; conduct spot checks to identify and drive process improvements.
• Independently manage month-end and year-end closings, and support audit processes.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, including the Tax Department and Central Bank, ensuring full compliance and maximizing company benefits.
• Oversee debtor control processes and ensure timely collections with 100% accuracy.
• Support group-level reporting requirements and align with corporate financial standards.
• Uphold and model the companys values, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Take on additional finance-related responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in finance, accounting, or with an audit firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/financial systems.
• CPD license holder.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and local regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) and international freight operations is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
