Senior Sales Manager

What are my responsibilities?
 
Perform Business Target Agreement (BTA) figures e.g. Order Intake, Revenue and Margin, numbers of new customer and new portfolio in responsible segment
 
Work and collaborate closely with relevant colleagues i.e. Bid Management, Project Management, Business Development and Marketing teams.
 
Monitor, control and manage opportunity pipeline and its quality/accuracy.
 
Lead the team for System and Solution opportunity life cycle (from Lead Management till Project Handover phase)
 
To be Knowledgeable, Agile, Profitable, Efficient and Creative (KAPEC)
 
Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess, customer’s needs, suggest product and service adaption when necessary.
 
Track, Report current and future opportunities on a monthly basis to the superior

What do I need to quality for this job?
 
Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or Related Field or Equivalent
 
Minimum 10 year of experience in Sales of Industrial Segment. Experience in Power Plant (conventional or renewable) is preferable.
 
Experience / Knowledge for Low and Medium Voltage is a special consideration.
 
Team and Doable attitude.
