Senior Sales Representative of Factory Department (23K–26K) (SDG-109660)เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายอาวุโสฝ่ายโรงงาน - Make a progress to sales activity as committed functional to the company, mainly target to food industry & food manufacturers.- Proactive for various sales items as food materials, the ingredients and Other new developed in synergy work platform.- Retain existing customers by providing promptly information with Strengthen of customers relation.- Monitor sales delivery schedule and Coordinate with involved parties in terms of delays.- Perform achievement on terms of sales and profit.- Implement strategies solution for sales and services status and analyze competitor quality and pricing.- Manage samples Provide to the customers.- Handle quality claim issues and the return process.- Coordinate with cross function i.e. accounting, Logistics, procurement Dept. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดำเนินการขายตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากบริษัทฯ โดยเน้นกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและผู้ผลิตอาหารเป็นหลัก- เชิงรุกสำหรับรายการขายต่างๆ เช่น วัตถุดิบอาหาร ส่วนผสม และอื่นๆ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่ในแพลตฟอร์มการทำงานร่วมกัน- รักษาลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ด้วยการให้ข้อมูลอย่างทันท่วงทีพร้อมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า- ตรวจสอบกำหนดการส่งมอบการขายและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในแง่ของความล่าช้า- ดำเนินการให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จทั้งด้านยอดขายและกำไร- ดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์การแก้ปัญหาสถานะการขายและการบริการ และวิเคราะห์คุณภาพและราคาของคู่แข่ง- จัดการตัวอย่างให้กับลูกค้า- จัดการปัญหาการเรียกร้องคุณภาพและกระบวนการคืนสินค้า- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เช่น บัญชี โลจิสติกส์ จัดซื้อ

Job Requirement

- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 29 years old- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher in any related field- 3 years up of working experience as sales in a multi-national trading company from food business- Willing to work with customers as the assigned area, Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure- Must Have Strong Ability in communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills- Full Computer literary (MS office)- Conversation middle of English for communication skills oral and written- Negotiation skill- Self-Optimistic- Mathematics function- Presentation Technique.- Leadership Skill Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT LumphiniWorking Hour: 8:45-18:00(Monday-Friday (WIO 100%)) About the Benefits 23,000–26,000THB About the company Product & Service: Raw material for food, frozen food Business Type: General Trading Company;Food / Beverages; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 25 - 29 ปี- ปริญญาตรี- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายในบริษัทการค้าข้ามชาติจากธุรกิจอาหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป- เต็มใจที่จะทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และมีสมาธิภายใต้ความกดดัน- ต้องมีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี- มีความรู้ทางคอมพิวเตอร์ครบถ้วน (MS office)- ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการพูดและการเขียน- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง- แนวคิดการมองตัวเองในแง่ดี- ฟังก์ชั่นคณิตศาสตร์- เทคนิคการนำเสนอ- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน : MRT ลุมพินีเวลาทำการ : 8:45-18:00 น.
