Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, You will play the crucial part of the HR Team in every HR function and focus mainly in the technical and non-technical recruitment for Japan and Thailand office. Supporting company and employee to achieve the business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Be a point of the contact for the employees and Team Leaders/managers in the business unit and building a strong relationship
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to hire a talent to meet business requirements
• Able to manage the multi recruitment channel/method and the talent networks pipelines
• Able to do the manpower planning, job analytics, job descriptions and recruitment evaluation and report following the company core value and requirements.
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes/cross-functionally projects and makes a great employee experience in every stage, mainly focusing the recruitment, on-boarding, employer/employee branding and probation evaluation.
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks and building team productivity
• Able to facilitate and brainstorm with HR and the management team to bring best solutions for employees and company
• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
• Challenges the organizational structure of the internal staff and proposes changes

• At least 2 years experience in IT/Data recruitment is a must and experience in Talent/Organisation Management and Development are a plus.
• Bachelor degree in any field
