Ensuring the deployment and implementation of quality tools and procedures in production areas.
Coordinating problem-solving activities (internal or external incidents, alerts, etc.) and/or putting forward the appropriate tools/measures.
Going on-site and providing support relating to customer complaints and acquiring the necessary information for the factory.
Organizing sorting or reworking activities at customer sites, if necessary.
Building good relationships with customers to ensure consistent use of our products.
Performing various other assignments as requested by the Line Manager.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Male or female, aged not over 35 years old.
Working experience of 5-6 years.
Good command of English,
Basic Chinese conversation skills (reporting to the Manager based in China).
Willing to work at home and visit customer sites 2-3 times per week.
Active and able to work under pressure.
