Affiliate Strategy Development : Create and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies tailored to each country’s market.
Recruitment and Management : Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates and partners, building strong relationships to drive performance.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Communication and Support : Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Compliance Management : Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to local laws and regulations governing the gambling industry.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our affiliate offerings.
Campaign Optimization : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
Reporting : Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, providing insights to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gambling or gaming industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of the regulatory environment in Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
