Job Description - B2B Sales Specialist

Benefit Systems (MultiSport) Türkiye: Join Us as an Innovative and Dynamic B2B Sales Specialist!

Founded in Poland in 2000 and now serving over 2 million users across 6 countries, Benefit Systems (MultiSport) is accelerating its growth in the Turkish market. We are seeking an energetic and dynamic team member to join us on this journey! If you have experience in B2B sales and are looking to be part of an innovative company, this opportunity is just for you!

Responsibilities:

    • Reaching out to potential clients, building a customer portfolio, and converting leads into active clients.
    • Establishing initial contact with potential clients through cold calls and uncovering sales opportunities.
    • Qualifying leads obtained from cold calls and initiating the sales conversion process.
    • Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings with potential clients.
    • Managing the entire sales process from start to finish, including preparing proposals and handling contract negotiations.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience in B2B sales (preferably in the service sector)
  • Bachelor's degree from a university
  • Ability to manage tasks and plan processes effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented, highly adaptable, and solution-focused
