Customer Consultant

Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems is looking for a Customer Consultant for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey.

Alumil Turkiye is one of the fast growing subsidiaries of the Alumil group.

Main duties

• Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting the project design.                             

• Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.                                

• Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.               

• Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support.

• Engage with specialized project designs.                                                                                                                           

• Identify and satisfy clients’ needs.                                                                                           

• Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.                                                        

• Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.                                                            

• Inform the market development department with regards to inbound large-scale projects.                                 

• Visit the construction sites for technical support.                                                                                              

• University degree as an Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineer (or anything similar)
• Previous experience with aluminium will be appreciated.
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
• Very good knowledge of computers and the English language
• Organizational skills, consistency, confidentiality
• Previous experience with CRM
