Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for managing assets and ensuring efficient inbound and outbound logistics? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Asset Management and Logistics Coordinator.
1.Asset Management:
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of company assets.
Track asset lifecycles, including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.
Implement a systematic approach to asset categorization and tagging.
2.Receiving and Shipping:
Oversee the receiving process for incoming shipments.
Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers.
Collaborate with shipping carriers and vendors to optimize logistics operations.
3.Inbound and Outbound Logistics:
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
4、Shelf Management:
Organize and maintain efficient storage and shelving systems.
Conduct regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Optimize shelf layouts for easy access and product retrieval.
5、Stock Tracking:
Implement robust stock tracking systems and software.
Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
6、Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of financial records with inventory data.
Identify discrepancies and work towards resolving them promptly.
Generate reports to track and report on reconciliation results.
College degree or higher in any field.
Proven experience in asset management, logistics, or inventory control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
