Job Description - Database Solution Engineer

Design and implement database solutions for enterprise applications,
Optimize performance of deployments using features like partitioning, indexing, clustering,
Design to migration solution of database systems like from Oracle to GaussDB,
Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, security and reliability of databases,
Conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve Huawei Cloud Databases.

3+ years experience with enterprise database technologies like Oracle/SQL-Server/PostgreSQL,
Strong understanding of at least 1 type of database architecture, features, and best practices,
Experience with database migration, optimization, HA clustering, scaling, tuning,
Proficiency in SQL, database design principles, data modeling, ETL processes,
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana,
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
Must be able to work in Istanbul-Izmir-Ankara offices.
