As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Environmental Engineer" with below requirements for our leading client operating in Chemical Manufacturing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Environmental Engineering Department of universities,
• Having 3-7 years of experience, preferably in the chemical industry,
• Having experience in the treatment facilities, preferably working in the workplaces within the scope of SEVESO,
• Having knowledge Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System,
• Experienced in sustainability policies and took part in related projects,
• Knowledge of ISO 14064-1 Corporate Carbon Footprint Calculation,
• Knowledge of the Fundamentals of Bekra Legislation (SEVESO),
• Having knowledge and experience of Industrialist Obligations and Process Safety,
• Good command of English
• Developed reporting skills, have great communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following, coordinating and reporting environmental and sustainability policies in all plants locations based in Turkey,
• Following the relevant laws and regulations within the scope of production activities, taking precautions and reporting (Environmental Law, EIA Regulation, Environmental Law, Environmental Permit / License Regulation, Water Pollution Control Regulation, Waste Water Treatment Plant Technical Procedures, etc.),
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting data on Sustainability and Sustainable Development Targets,
• Carrying out studies to prevent the pollution of natural resources,
• Following and reporting national environmental policies and standards,
• Following and leading the implementation of national and international publications and legislation related to the environment,
• Following the Management System Standards established or to be established in the company, providing updates, planning remedial activities, etc.
• Following the process within the environmental management unit within the framework of the legislation and general provisions.
