Promise Tangeman-Wurzell of GoLive HQ is seeking a full-time Integrator to help her manage and launch new initiatives (with some hands-on doing), manage operations, and grow and lead her team. She is looking for someone to partner closely with her to brainstorm, develop, and implement strategies that grow the company and serve her small business and personal brand clients who need beautiful, high-converting websites. You are then able to take the strategy and synthesize the ideas into actionable steps with to-do lists and dates. You are the ideal candidate if you excel at operations and you’re experienced in combining digital marketing strategy with website design and creation.

GoLive HQ is the top producing Squarespace website template shop in the industry. You are highly results-driven, detail-oriented, and efficient. You have a general understanding of how to craft compelling stories on websites through the strategic use of copy, graphics, and images to position a brand for sales effectively. A solid understanding of design principles is essential for this role, although you won’t be executing the design work directly for clients (they have designers that do that).

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

Company Growth

• Regularly brainstorm new revenue-generating ideas and strategies with CEO, then turn ideas into action, including documenting for team and creating systems and processes
• Turn high-level goals and ideas into detailed, actionable steps, with clear timelines and milestones.
• Manage the process to redo marketing funnels for template customers and custom clients. This includes outlining, coordinating, overseeing, and editing the final product.
• Assist with creating, building, and launching a mastermind and/or a membership, including leading the funnel build and asset creation
• Assist with workshop and webinar creation
• Appear on camera for webinars and trainings (optional)
• Create outlines and put together content for webinars and trainings
• Review, suggest, and ideate marketing campaigns
• Study tech, style, and behavior trends in the digital marketing space and use them to inform strategy
• Study marketing and financial data and use it to make data-driven decisions

Company Services

• Lead the team to create websites for clients, including building, design, and copy
• Manage Squarespace template sales, including coordinating team members for support as needed
• Suggest and assist with creating new Squarespace website templates
• Show up on and participate in mastermind calls
• Coordinate VIP affiliate partnerships
• Assist with social media graphic design if/as needed

Company Operations

• Use spreadsheets, charts, and project management tools to organize tasks, set deadlines, and keep projects on track.
• Create documentation for any changes to offerings, existing systems and processes, and new services
• Manage and track profit margins and pricing structures
• Assist with Zapier connections, funnel, integrations, and other tech-related needs
• Collect, review, and pay invoices

Team Growth & Management

• Ensure team alignment by clarifying expectations and maintaining open communication on roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct new employee hiring and onboard and train new employees
• Manage and lead team members to achieve goals
• Host team meetings and encourage positive team morale
• Occasional travel for in-person gatherings or events

Additional requirements:

• Squarespace design experience
• Available to work in US time zone
• Available for occasional in-person trips
• Access to a computer 
• Reliable internet connection
• Reliable and distraction-free work environment 
• Good on camera is a plus
• Storybrand Certification is a plus
• Ability to understand Profit & Loss statements, preferred

Offer Details

This is a full-time, remote, W-2 employee position.

Pay is between $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).
