Managed Service Project Director

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering

• Mandatory 10 years of experience in Telco Operation

• Min. 5 years of experience in Senior Management & Leadership positions in minimum 3 different companies

• Understanding of long term Managed Services Business perspective with recent hands-on experience of Managed Services Operations.

• Expert in few telecommunication areas: Network Operations Center, Field Operations, Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, OSS/IT Admin etc.

• Solid project management experience. Project Experience-Management of complex project delivery and solving associated issues.

• Min. 2 years of people management experience

• Min 3 years experience in subcontractor management

• Experience in CxO level customer interaction

• Pre-sales and contract negotiations experience.

• Capable to handle Verification of Operational and Financial reports

• Deep understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR technologies as well as passive network infrastructure

• Awareness of telco/IT products from various suppliers

• Must have authorization to work in Turkey.

• Good team work spirit and adaptability.

• Skilled to handle continuous optimization of project delivery

• Familiar with Risk Management

• Willingness to learn and adapt to international environments

• Capable to prepare and present reports to Top Management.

• Wide experience with various trouble-ticketing/work-force-management systems will be considered as additional advantage

• Able to travel

• Fluent English and Turkish, ability to communicate in Chinese will be highly valued
