We’re seeking a talented Product Manager who is not only skilled in product management but also passionate about revolutionizing how people learn through innovative, engaging, and effective digital education experiences.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define and clarify problems.
• Develop business analysis documents, mockups, prototypes, and test cases to guide development processes.
• Analyze metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and product performance.
• Collaborate with team members using agile approaches.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to align objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user testing to define customer needs.
• Lead grooming sessions with the development team to clarify requirements and objectives.
• Partner with technical teams, ensuring engineers have clear and actionable requirements.
• Research and analyze internal and external trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Launch and monitor A/B tests to refine features and functionality.
• Translate education trends and user insights into innovative product features.
• Use analytics to measure user engagement and learning effectiveness.
• Stay updated on EdTech industry trends, gamification, and learning science.

What we look for:

• BS/MS in Software/Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably in data-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with mobile product management lifecycle.
• General knowledge of development, UI/UX design, agile frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in English.
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-have:

• MA/MS in Education Technology-related fields.
• Experience in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or learning apps.
• Passion for education, teaching methodologies, or gamification.
• Knowledge of adaptive learning and micro-learning practices.
• Translate education trends and user insights into innovative product features.
• Develop business analysis documents, mockups, and prototypes tailored to micro-learning use cases.
• Use analytics to track learning effectiveness, user engagement, and product performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in education technology, gamification, and learning science.
