About Our Client
We are seeking a highly analytical and visionary Organizational Development Director to join our client’s hospital group. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role will drive the organizational effectiveness strategy and lead key initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in HR, including data analytics, training and development, and talent development professionals.
- Support the CHRO, providing data-driven insights and strategic input on all OD-related matters, and oversee the preparation of presentations, reports, and analyses to support decision-making on OD initiatives.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training and development system to develop organizational capabilities and enhance employee skills.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in performance management, employee experience, and talent management, proactively developing projects to drive progress and innovation.
- Build and strengthen systems to ensure HR processes adopt a more data-driven and analytical approach, enabling the HR team to communicate and operate with enhanced analytical approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Organizational Development, ideally within large/complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in HR Analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
- A passion for innovation and transformation in HR processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker who can balance the big picture with operational execution.
- Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
