Payment System Specialist

What makes you speacial?

• Bachelor’s degree is a must,

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in fraud, abuse, chargeback areas (Especially in OTA platforms),

• Strong understanding of payment technology industry (Including chargeback&dispute&risk),
• Ability to work effectively with other stakeholders both within the team and outside of it,
• Creative problem-solving abilities,
• Strong communication and writing skills,
• Good command of English

What will you do?

• Performing investigations and analyzing customer transactions, actions, suspicious activities,
• Monitoring risky & suspicious transactions and taking actions about them,
• Identifying and analyzing fraud related patterns and improving fraud filters, rule sets,
• Defining fraud risk scenarios in order to increase the effectiveness fraud processes,
• Follow up and carrying out dispute&chargeback processes with Banks and customers,
• Investigating new fraud trends, payment disputes, money laundering and scam issues,
• Staying up to date on industry trends, card scheme rules and regulation,
• Working closely with 3rd party companies
• Building reports on fraud monitoring activities and incident responses,
• Preparing and updating fraud chargeback policy & procedures.
