YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for budget forecasting and financial oversight of HSR Infrastructure operations, in coordination with the Finance team.
- Identifies improvement opportunities and develops systematic approaches to achieve them. Drive cost-saving initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinates with external service providers in the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for providing necessary data for reporting fuel consumption, HGS toll passes, kilometers, carbon footprint calculations, and traffic penalty reports. Monitor HGS tolls for accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
- Fulfills other duties assigned within the scope of administrative affairs.
- Responsible for monitoring budgets and invoices and submitting requested POs.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure effective communication and reporting on infrastructure operations, fostering a harmonious work environment
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; an engineering background is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related positions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Expertise in SAP is preferred along with MS Office applications.
- Service-oriented attitude with an innovative perspective.
- Eagerness to learn and develop personal skills, with an appreciation for and understanding of the value of teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation in managing communication channels.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options, and drive resolutions
