UX Designer

HealthTech Innovations Teknoloji AS is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into design solutions that provide an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and apply findings to create intuitive and user-friendly designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate your design ideas
• Work closely with developers and product managers to implement design solutions
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products

• Proven work experience as a UX Designer or a related role in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar software
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Salary range between 45.000 and 55.000 TRY per month Nett.
