About the Role:

As an HR Intern, you will support various functions within the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and gain insight into HR best practices in a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
• Helping to organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in HR or administration is a plus but not required.
• Passion for people and HR practices.
