Admin Cum Accounts Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

• A trading company in Sharjah is in need of a full time experienced admin cum accountant assistant.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideal applicant should have a proven working experience as an admin cum accountant assistant in the same field for a period of 1 to 2 years.
  
• Preferred candidates should have a pleasing personality and experience in handling clients and visitor.
  
• Selected applicants should be responsible to manage front office, assist the operations and accounts department.
  
• Must be an excellent team player especially in coordinating with the Operations Department.
  
• Ideal candidates should have a very good communication skill and fluency in English to help in easy communication with clients.
  
• Must be well versed in MS Office. Experience in ERP Software is a must.
  
• The candidate is to carryout administrative duties such as attending to emails, scanning, printing and filling office records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred female candidates with basic administration & accounting principles.
• Should be capable of maintaining the office environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have good researching, reporting and planning skills.
  
• Preferably Filipina (Female Philippine Nationality).
