Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Bentleyrecords.io in Dubai, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's performance and growth, including identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, producers, distributors, and industry partners
• Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures
