General Foreman

• Review, prepare the tender documents and enquiries as well as tender quantity take off.

• Attend the pre-mid meeting and site visits,

• Assist in obtaining 3-5 bids for each trade and supplier group.

• Assist in preparing the comparison of submitted subcontractors' prices.

• Coordinate with the other departments to fulfil the tender requirement.

• Assist in preparing the tender commercial comparison, technical tender preparation and tender submittal.

• Oversee and review consultants and contractors to ensure judicious use of materials for project, prepare variation of BOQ when needed.

• Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
