We are seeking an experienced and talented junior sous chef to join our team at Divan Turkish restaurant. As a junior sous chef, you will be responsible for assisting the chefs with daily operation, as well as ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Requirement - minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on Turkish cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques, including how to prepare Turkish meat and chicken doner and grills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for cooking and a dedication to creating exceptional dishes
