Regional Compensation Analyst Dubai, UAE AED 12,000 - 20,000 p/month (depending on experience) Approx. £24,000 - 40,000 p/annum, tax free Our client provides a Business-to-Business service to multiple high profile clients in the Financial Services industry. They are currently looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their regional Headquarters in Dubai. This represents a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career and gain regional experience within a strong HR team. In this role, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include conducting the analysis of compensation data across the region. To be successful in this role, you must be degree educated, have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. This position will suit someone who is detail-oriented, creative and resourceful. Experience within the Financial Services industry is certainly a preference as is fluency in Arabic. Regional experience is desired, but is not essential.
