Supply Chain / Logistics Specialist

A reputed Aluminum Company in Sharjah is currently looking for Logistic/Shipping/Clearance Specialist to support the Operations Team for international shipping procedures.

Job Description:

• Prepare and process shipping documents.

• Monitor and coordinate deliveries.

• Strong Coordination and Communication with customs authorities.

• Handle claims (material shortage, incorrect supply etc.).

• Coordinate shipments (air freight / sea freight).

• Provide related documentations and reports.

• Generate reports related to Logistics clearance (imports) activities, as well as handling warehouse while the warehouse in charge is out of the office.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 6 years’ experience with operational background, FABRICATION ONLY

• Skilled in basic word processing and spread sheet applications to maintain accurate reports.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated with the determination to achieve results.

• Strong Character, professional and active.

• Diplomatic with very good follow up skills.
