Micah Solutions FZE is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our client, a prominent firm in Dubai. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee salaries.
- Support external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Provide financial advice and support to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in Real Estate/Property Development/ Construction.
