JOB PURPOSE
Study, follow-up, coordinate, and ensure the successful implementation and administration of quality system as per the stated guidelines and requirement of ISO 9001 international standards through RTA. Coordinate all issues related to Quality standards, manual, Corporate Performance Indicators and all their related procedures and workflows.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Participate in the planning, development and coordination of educational programs as appropriate to quality, environmental and safety programs needs or services.
# Plan, organize and schedule the Internal Quality Audit/(s) including form, nominate and train the selected internal auditors and reviewing the quality audit reports
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Promote Quality awareness and the concepts of continual improvement across RTA.
# Ensure the accomplishment of required tasks to achieve the department objectives on time to the concern supervisor.
# Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the quality system through the Internal Quality Audit so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system.
# Monitor all the corrective and preventive actions along with the possible control of non-conformance for the overall service being provided by RTA for their timely completion and effectiveness based on the decisions taken during management reviews.
# Contribute in maintaining necessary records of the management reviews conducted during the Quality management meetings.
# Actively contribute in the orientation program for new employee including the clarification of their roles and job description.
# Report on the performance of the QMS, KPI's and highlighting any need for improvements, promoting awareness through Internal Quality Audit.
# Team up with other quality team regarding the quality assurance issues and activities, provide direct support to every quality events and ensure all relevant are addressed and actions taken as needed.
# Contribute in amending the entire RTA quality system as well as the necessary authority and responsibility to ensure that the requirements of the quality system are effectively implemented and maintained at all stages of operations of the organization.
# Develop and control the issue and amendment along with the revisions of the quality manual, flow charts, work structures, forms, KPI plan and procedures.
# Participate actively, and provide recommendation and assistance to assigned cross-functional improvement, participate in some functional quality improvement teams as and when required.
# Organize Quality Management Meetings for facilitating the Management Review and maintaining the records for the same.
# Ensure Coordination with Certification (Registration) Bodies and Consultants on matters relating to quality.
# Ensure the timely and effective implementations of all agreed and suggested preventive and corrective action/(s).
Education
# Master Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University.
# 10 years of working experience.
