Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations to diagnose spine conditions.
- Utilize diagnostic imaging techniques, such as MRIs and CT scans, to formulate effective treatment plans.
- Execute advanced surgical procedures related to the spine, including fusions, decompressions, and minimally invasive techniques.
- Oversee post-operative care and recovery for patients, addressing complications and ensuring optimal healing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated on the latest advancements in spine surgery.
- M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery with a focus on spine surgery.
- Significant experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of spinal conditions.
- Proven ability to perform complex spine surgical procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of advanced surgical modalities and technologies related to spine surgery.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare teams.
