Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

Acube Real Estate Development is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing /Performance Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute campaigns to promote our products and services. They will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to deliver effective digital solutions that meet our customers&apos needs.

• Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including email, web, SEO/SEM, display, and social media
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create effective content for campaigns
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement
• Manage and optimize website content to maximize conversions
• Create and analyze A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback across social media platforms
• Manage budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing

• Knowledge of best practices for SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
