Digital Marketing Specialist in Real Estate:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate listings, promotions, and
brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to generate
leads and engage with potential clients.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and
conversions.
• Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and organic reach.
• Website development, designing & server management and Landing page creation.
• Manage Lead generation campaigns focused on high ROI conversions.
• Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to showcase
properties effectively.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for client engagement and lead
nurturing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate market insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry with
minimum 10 yrs of UAE Exp.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere (for video
editing).
• Experience with CRM and lead generation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Active Campaign.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and create engaging visuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
