Job Description :
- Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water to visitors
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing deliveries and courier mails
Qualification :
At least 2 years of experience an a receptionist
Preferred for Female Applicant .
Well organized and efficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in MS Office
With pleasing personality and positive attitude
