Head of Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing for a leading Hospitality & F&B group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casual dining, with experience in managing teams across the UAE, GCC, and Levant regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a new marketing team, overseeing 360 marketing strategies and digital promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team across the UAE, GCC, and Levant.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for casual dining brands.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience in casual dining is essential; experience in catering or food retail is a plus.
• Previous experience working in the UAE is required.
• Leadership experience managing teams across multiple regions.
• Arabic language skills are preferred, but not essential.

Salary approx 40 - 50k AED per month
