The HR Assistant is a hands-on rolethat provides HR support on site. The role is critical in executingpeople initiatives, providing great internal employee support, anddriving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Theyprovide answers to questions regarding a broad range of humanresources, benefits, and payroll topics and engagement. They managecases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees ofcomplexity. They adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Workis performed within Service Levels.
Key jobresponsibilities
Responds quickly andaccurately to employees'queries.
Ensures that employee documentationis complete and accurate.
Acts as a SubjectMatter Expert for on site people issues, escalates asappropriate.
Is the primary owner responsiblefor supporting managers through attendancetracking.
Partners with payroll teams toensure accurate and timely payrollinputs.
Provides training and guidance onpolicies, processes, and systems to customers and teammembers.
Creates and distributes standardcommunications and HR reports.
Performsnecessary deep dives on issues.
Leads processimprovement initiatives.
Develops suggestionsfor improvements to maximize value ofresources.
Performs project tasks asdirected.
Manages overall employee engagementprograms.
