Job Description - IT Support Associate - UAE Nationals Preferred

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for end-user issues (hardware, software, email, printers, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via phone, email, or in-person
  • Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Assist with user account management and access permissions in M365 and Active Directory
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues, IP configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or system administrators as needed
  • Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies under guidance
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and common office applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of user account management in Active Directory and M365
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience using a ticketing system to document and track issues
  • Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Emirati nationals preferred
