Job Description - Office Waiter

Attends properlyto staff /visitors catering requirements and food and beveragerequests

Prepares fooditems such as sandwiches salads fruits soups andbeverages

Inspectsbalconies/Pantries to ensure that they contain the required itemsaccording to dailysetup

Removes usedempty cups dishes glasses from the staff desks and service areawhen necessary or as advised from the balcony meeting rooms andemployee workstations

Cleans andsterilizes kitchen utensils andequipment

Loadsbalcony/pantries and meeting rooms with accessories such asutensils &napkins

Stocks servicepantries/balcony with items such as ice napkins and straws etc. andensures inventory is conducted on thesame

Follows foodpreparation and serving techniques to ensure that proper proceduresarefollowed

Ensures properhandling of equipment prevents loss damage and breakage to assetsandgoods.

Reports missingitems and breakage to the assignedsupervisor.

Maintainshygienic and clean workenvironment.

Maintainspersonal hygiene and assigned uniform as per the Authoritystandards.

Prepare monthlyinventory of kitchen dailysupply

Liaises with theassigned Supervisor for the procurement of food andbeverages.

Theability to act friendly Courteous andefficiently

Understand theeffective role ofteamwork.

Motivated andenthusiastic.

Availability toprovide cover during periods of sickness andholidays.

Understanding ofownbehaviour.

Professional andhelpful to staff andvisitors.

Presents himselfwell groomed &clean



Requirements

Experienceno less than five years in hotels VIP companies or hospitalitycompanies

Excellentsupervisionskills

Excellentcommunicationskills

ExcellentMicrosoft office knowledge ( Excel PowerPoint)

Excellentknowledge

Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors andauxiliaries including associated international codes such as APIand ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatorycompliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional CertificationsCertified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance& Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineeraccording to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II(Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube AnalysisCertification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA)(Category III preferred).
