JOB DESCRIPTION

ValuStrat is one of the leading consulting firms in the Middle East since 1977. ValuStrat is involved in Strategic Advisory, Management Consulting, Asset Valuations & Appraisals, Research and Transaction Advisory.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a full-time on-site role, you will provide efficient and effective front office administrative services to our team and clients. You will assist in the smooth running of the office, handle incoming calls, book appointments, and perform general office administrative tasks.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
