Receptionist

Job Description:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
• Manage the registration process.
• Ask for identification and ensure that the provided credentials are accurate.
• Actively seek to optimize the patients&apos and guests&apos experience.
• Schedule appointments in person and by telephone.
• Strive to maintain timeliness of patient appointments by effectively communicating with providers&apos teams when a patient arrives.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of patient flow and troubleshoot/problem solve to optimize flow.
• Comfort and connect with patients and their guests by being sensitive to their anxieties and needs; Answer patients&apos questions.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and orderly reception area.
• Input documents and information into the electronic medical record.
• Maintain patient accounts/records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with high degree of accuracy.
• Consult with patients and family members to discuss their health problems.
• Consult and collaborate with other health care providers and specialists to set up patient appointments and treatment plans.
• Check-in on the patient regularly and evaluate and document their progress.
• Assist the care team with developing and assessing health interventions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Experience in sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive and energetic personality.
