Business Development Manager / Real Estate Agent

Evernest holiday homes are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive for our Holiday Homes division. This is a fast-paced and exciting role within a growing part of our business, where your main objective is to generate leads and relationships with the purpose of maintaining high occupancy rates of our Holiday Homes portfolio.

You will receive a competitive salary and commission structure, along with standard benefits such as medical / life insurance, annual flight etc.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Initiate contact and meet with Landlords to get the inventory on board 
• Develop and present proposals to new clients
• Maintain reports and databases
• Project forecasts and develop sales strategies
• Meet monthly targets

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Database software, internet etc.)
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English
• Attention to detail and good presentation skills
• Personal drive and initiative
• Able to work independently and without supervision
• UAE driving license and the car is essential
