Meat Export Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the meat industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and suppliers to ensure profitable sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on sales development matters to achieve company goals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards to maintain the company's reputation and legality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales in the meat industry, with a proven track record of successful sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the meat industry, including regulations, certifications, and customer preferences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve profitable sales and deals.
• Charismatic with good presence to make a positive impression on customers and partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
• Availability for travel both domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and passport.
