Description
MAIN TASKS:
Defining of annual target agreement for GDs (quantitative and qualitative) with continuous performance monitoring of achievements with Strategic co-ordination of customer database and customer visits per market, sales /enquiry management per market with won/lost sales, supporting role of day-to-day GD business whilst coaching of GD sales personnel. Safeguard compliance measures implemented.
RC MENA:
Operational Planning (OP) for quantities and qualitative aspects, per market, Monthly Kufri planning and reporting by volume and pricing targets, per market. Co-ordination with Order Center/Logistics at DTAG Stuttgart for timely shipping and a ccurate entering of agreed pricing conditions to ensure on time deliveries. Regular market & customer visits throughout the region.
Customer Dedication:
Continuous alignment of Sales & Customer Service & Parts activities with RC MENA CSP team in order to align and further drive the downstream performance, Co-ordination of Network Development requirements with RC MENA ND Team in Supporting the continuous improvement of dealer retail performance (DRS).
Integrity and Compliance:
Ensuring Compliance and Business Ethics are adhered to according to laws and Daimler Trucks rule and regulations (MCP, Export Control, DSP, Anti-Trust.
