Responsibilities/deliverables:
* Business Requirements, Operational Requirements, Business Scenarios, Evaluation Criteria
* Release Strategy, Business and Technical Dynamics and Technical Structure
* Process business requirements and provide solutions to the requirements
* Implement accepted solutions to business requirements
* Responsible for maintaining the production algorithm, improving matching an linking effectiveness, tuning the algorithm, weights, scores, and other key components for effective matching and linking

Job Description:
* At least 5 years Experience in multiple MDM customizations & implementations
* 2-3 Siperian / Informatica MDM implementation experience with client configurations and deployments in both test and production environments
* Expert knowledge, experience and ability of master data management discipline including relationship of MDM to enterprise information management principles, business process and business outcome analysis, complex alternatives analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Successful experience with start-up and deployment of large scale master data management solution in a complex, global, multi-line of business corporation. Proven leadership and facilitation experience.
* Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and technology; ability to bring business realities to the technology team and to translate technical approach to the business community.
* Expert written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences with maximum impact.
* Expert planning, risk identification and issue management experience and ability. Experience with cross-functional IT and process improvement initiatives.
* Ability to proactively and quickly learn, navigate and bridge business, IT and enterprise architecture perspectives to enable program success. Qualifications:
* Deep experience Informatica MDM product.
* Informatica Master Data Service algorithm creation/tuning/deployment
* Understanding of probabilistic matching and linking methodology specific to Initiate Master Data Service
* Understanding of SQL constructs and execution
