Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


HD Supply Holdings is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management and possess a strong sense of independence and adaptability. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and handling basic accounting duties.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. 2. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and communication with attendees. 3. Assist with basic accounting duties, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing. 4. Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed. 5. Maintain office organization and cleanliness to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. 6. Assist in the hiring and training of new office staff as necessary. 7. Provide support to senior management as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of office management experience. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to persuade and influence others in a positive manner. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
