The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in sales, a proven track record of driving exponential revenue growth, and exceptional leadership skills to build and grow a high-performing sales team & the region. This is a strategic leadership role, requiring a deep understanding of the ME market, systems integrators landscape, customer needs and the ability to forge long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Responsibilities</b>:</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Regional Strategy & Growth:</b></div> <div><br /> Develop and execute a business strategy for the client's growth in the Middle East aligning with the company's global objectives and adapting to regional market dynamics<br /> Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and industry shifts within the Middle East to drive long-term growth and client value. </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Market Expansion & Business Development:</b></div> <div> </div> <div> Build and expand client's market presence by targeting high-growth opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and securing transformative engagements</div> <div> Lead sales, client acquisition and account management efforts, focusing on increasing market share across the Middle East. </div> <div> </div> <div><b>Relationship Management</b>:</div> <div> </div> <div> Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients, positioning our client as a strategic partner and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention</div> <div> Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering customized, high-impact solutions</div> <div> </div> <div><b>Leadership & Talent Development:</b></div> <div> </div> <div> Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, delivery, and account management functions</div> <div> Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and client focus within the team to drive high-quality delivery and client success. </div> <div> </div> <div><b>P&L and Operational Ownership:</b></div> <div> </div> <div> Own the P&L, setting revenue and profitability targets and ensuring efficient budget management</div> <div> Drive operational excellence by establishing processes, metrics, and standards that align with out client's global service and quality expectations. </div> <div> </div> <div><u><b>Requirements and Expectations:</b></u></div> <div> </div> <div> Experience: 15+ years in IT services, with significant experience scaling the revenues across the Middle East region<br /> Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in our client's key sector i.e. BFSI<br /> Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred<br /> Skills: Achieved and exceeded revenue targets and business growth<br /> Excellent at building C-level relationships and managing stakeholders<br /> Strategic thinker with client-centric decision-making abilities<br /> Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and budget management</div>
