We’re looking for an experienced customer service trainer who is innovative, engaging and proactive in their pursuit of helping people and teams to deliver an amazing customer experience.
The purpose of this role is to ensure everyone in our service team is equipped to wow our customers in every conversation, through company value, process, system and behavioral training. Starting before day one, by helping to define what skills need to be bought (recruited) vs taught, through to on-boarding and continuous on the job training and development.

To be successful as abcam's global Customer Services Training Manager, you will have a collaborative mindset that has experience in partnering with the global customer service & scientific support teams to identify training needs. You will have developed a career in customer service or frontline training, where you have been able to present complex concepts to multiple stakeholders.
