CAD Technician

My contractor client is looking to grow their team and are therefore keen to bring on a CAD Technician to join a growing team in Manchester. This is to work with a fit-out contractor on exciting, fast-paced projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in detailing and a strong understanding of how designs come together to be part of a large, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed technical drawings and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
2. Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure that designs integrate seamlessly with overall project goals.
3. Work on fit-out projects, with an emphasis on CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, delivering projects to tight deadlines.
4. Participate in project meetings, offering insights and expertise to facilitate the timely completion of projects.
5. Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Proven detailing experience, with a solid understanding of design processes and project execution.
2. Experience working on fast-paced projects, particularly in fit-out or similar environments.
3. Ideally, experience with CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with a large project team.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
