Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Team Leader, you will:

* Lead and motivate the catering team
* Deliver excellent customer service and dining experiences
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
* Manage stock, ordering, and waste control
* Train and support team members
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
* Support wider centre operations when required
* Deputise for the Front of House Manager when needed

* Previous leadership experience in catering or hospitality
* Strong food hygiene and health & safety knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive, organised, and hands-on approach
