IES offers you the opportunity to be part of our international consulting team in which to build and progress a career in building simulation along with the ability to develop both personally and professionally. The successful candidate will primarily be performing CFD projects for our external clients in a number of CFD meshers and solvers. The role will include the opportunity to provide customer support, technical insights, and software training to customers.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in mechanical engineering along with hands-on experience of working with CFD simulations. A higher degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous. Experience of using industry prevalent CFD packages and modelling software is essential. The candidate will also be expected to have a general understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and radiation. It would also be an advantage to have knowledge of the use of CFD within the built environment.
